1. What we are, and what we are not

Knoxville Tree Quotes is a free referral service. We collect your tree service request and pass it to independent tree service companies. We are not a tree service contractor, we do not perform tree work, and we do not employ, supervise or control the companies that receive your request. Any agreement for tree work is solely between you and the company you choose to hire.

2. Free for homeowners; companies may pay us

Requesting quotes is free and creates no obligation. Participating companies may pay us for referrals. That compensation may affect which companies receive your request.

3. No guarantees about providers

We do not guarantee that any company will contact you, be available, or quote a particular price. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, timeliness, licensing or insurance of any company or its work. Before hiring, you are responsible for getting a written scope and price, requesting proof of insurance, and checking licensing. In Knox County, Tennessee, residential jobs of $3,000–$24,999 require a Tennessee Home Improvement license, and jobs of $25,000 or more require a Tennessee contractor license. You can verify licenses at verify.tn.gov.

4. Information on the Site

Cost ranges, safety tips and other content are general information only, not professional, legal or insurance advice. Prices are examples published by third parties and may not reflect your job. In an emergency involving power lines or an unsafe structure, contact your electric utility or 911.

5. Your submissions

You agree to provide accurate information and to submit requests only for property you own or are authorized to arrange work for. You must be at least 18. Don’t submit someone else’s contact information. If you check the consent box, you agree to be contacted as described in the consent wording and our Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the Site, including submitting spam or fake requests, attempting to access systems you aren’t authorized to access, or scraping the Site.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site is provided “as is,” and we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site or from any work performed (or not performed) by any company you contact through it, including property damage or personal injury. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to $100.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the effective date shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
